Marvel Movie Character Reveals Galore!

Want to see Daredevil’s red suit or Josh Trank’s new Thing? How about Vision and (Arch)Angel? Marvel (and Fox and Sony) are feeling generous today and showing off, and I have to say I’m liking what I’m seeing.

With mere hours to go before Daredevil debuts on Netflix, Marvel finally broke down and gave fans a peek at the Man Without Fear in his iconic red costume. After months of nothing but the (awful) black ninja suit, it’s a relief to see that the classic duds turned out so well – even if the mask is a little Batman-y.

In all the footage and images from this summer’s Ant-Man, we’ve seen nothing of the villainous Yellowjacket. That changes today.

The shot of Paul Bettany as Vision on the cover of Entertainment Weekly made the character look more than a little weird. The poster released today, however, is much better. He looks about as much like the android Avenger as we could possibly hope.

Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four has been hated by fanboys since the moment it was announced. That hatred has only increased as time has gone on. Today’s reveal of the Thing should put at least some of those concerns to rest.

Bryan Singer continues his mission to remove any vestiges of X-Men: The Last Stand from the X-film canon by introducing Warren Worthington III into a film that takes place in the 1980s, when Brett Ratner’s version of the character would have been a child. It looks like Singer is taking advantage of Apocalypse’s appearance in the film to skip ahead to the metal-winged Archangel.
