Mattel To Rerelease Sought-after DC Universe Toys, Fans Unsure Of How To Feel
Written by Skott Stoland on 03/19/2010 – 11:44 AM -Mattel announced yesterday via their Matty Collector Facebook page, Twitter feed and website, as well as probably some kind of Subspace Network, that they’ll be bringing back the incredibly hard-to-find DC Universe Classics wave 5.
The wave, previously exclusive to Walmarts in Narnia, will this time be available at the toy company’s online store. But don’t expect it to hang around long. A retail set just sold on ebay for $380. And these will be indistinguishable from the original releases, there won’t even be a sticker on the cards to mark them as new.
