Yesterday the PR team behind the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film ran a little game where fans tweeted who their favorite Turtle was. As each one hit a certain number a character poster was revealed and after the fourth poster, the new trailer would be released. Following Raphael and Donatello’s posters this morning, here’s that new trailer.
I have to admit, I’m having a very hard time hating this. Do I think it’ll be as good as the current Nickelodeon series? No, keep in mind though that it’s quickly becoming the definitive version of the franchise to many people, myself included. But this looks a hell of a lot better than a lot of other adaptations we’ve seen in the past few years. Everyone’s in character here, the plot (or what we can gather of it) looks decent and the designs are fun. Check out the posters for a closer look.
Oh, and to any fanboys still bitching about the nostrils – real turtles totally have nostrils.
