Marvel Superheroes To Join Lego Video Game Franchise

Some of the most fun video games of the past few years have been – on paper, at least – for children. The Lego series has brought us the best Harry Potter game and arguably the best Batman games (depending on which Batman is “your Batman”). And now they’re turning their sights on the Marvel Universe.

With over 100 playable characters (more than any Marvel game before it) Lego Marvel Super Heroes promises to cater to fans of all corners of the publisher’s world. Marvel Entertainment’s VP of Game Publishing TQ Jefferson explains, “fans of both Lego and Marvel have wanted this game for years, and we’re addressing that demand with more Marvel Universe characters than ever in a console game. If you’re a fan of Spider-Man, the Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy or scores of other Marvel characters, this is the game for you.”
